Explosion in Qameshly and clashes in Deir Ezzor city

Al-Hasaka Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
A loud explosion was heard in the city of al-Qameshly, it was caused by an IED, and local sources said that it targeted a car of an officer in the regime forces, no information about casualties yet.

Deir Ezzor Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
Clashes are taking place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the “Islamic State” in the neighborhood of al-Hwiqa at Deir Ezzor city, amid initial information about regime forces’ advancement in the neighborhood, the clashes accompanied by exchange of shelling between both parties.
