IS is making changes in its leadership in al-Raqqa

Reliable sources reported to SOHR that the IS is making changes in the leadership of al-Raqqa, the changes will affect the second rows of al-Hesba, Islamic police, and the security office of al-Raqqa, some of the commanders have been already moved into al-Bukamal, Der-zzor, and Homs, as it called for Iraqi commanders to take their places.
