IS moves 46 captives from Mosel to al-Raqqa

SOHR activists observed dozens of civilians reaching al-Raqqa city and al-Miadin in Der-Ezzor coming from al-Mosel which is witnessing military operations, 30 families at least reached al-Miadin city, as the IS allowed them to leave al-Mosel for treatment in Der-Ezzor eastern countryside.

SOHR received information that the IS transported 45 captives ” Sabaya” from al-Mosel into a center in al-Raqqa city under the supervision of commanders in IS.
