230 civilians were killed or seriously wounded by aerial bombardment by Russian and Syrian warplanes

Rose to 76 including 38 children and women, the number of civilians who were killed by aerial bombardment by Russian and Syrian warplanes targeted areas of Idlib countryside since the 20th of October until today, while no less than 150 others were wounded and seriously wounded including women and children, some of them lost body parts and some lost fingers.

We is the SOHR condemns with the strongest terms the aerial bombardment by Syrian and Russian warplanes against the Syrian civilians in Idlib and around Syria and give the international community the responsibility of the killing which is happening everyday in different areas of Syria including Aleppo, and Idlib.
