The regime forces regain control of Soran town – one of the largest cities at the northern countryside of Hama, which was controlled by the factions weeks ago

The regime forces backed by the gunmen loyal to them and the reinforcements they brought weeks ago managed to regain control of the entire Soran town in the northern countryside of Hama, after heavy bombardment since the dawn of today with hundreds of missiles, barrel bombs, artillery and rockets shells, which came because these forces failed in several attacks that aimed to regain control of the strategic city, which gives the regime forces a firearm observation by shells up to the southern countryside of Idlib, the shelling was followed by wide and violent attack carried out by the regime forces, at the beginning the factions of Jaysh al-Ezza, Jaysh al-Tahrir and Jaysh went against them, before the arrival the reinforcement of Fath al-Sham Front, Abnaa al-Sham and other the rebel and Islamic factions, but the regime forces continued the intensified shelling and the offensive until they regained complete control of the city, which is one of the largest human gatherings controlled by the rebel and Islamic factions and Jund al-Aqsa organization since the offensive at the 29th of August 2016.

 

And by controlling Soran town; the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them have regained Soran, Western Jninah, Al-Tulaysiyah, Shatha ,Qahera, Tal Aswad, Khafsin, Karah, Maan, Kabani, Kawkab, Alexandria and Maardis, also the regime forces’ control  of Soran threatens the existence of factions in Tayyibat al-Imam town southwest of Soran.
