Fateh Halan operation room announce a statement and confirm that regime is taking civilians as human shields

Aleppo operation room of Fateh released a statement ” after the siege of Aleppo city by al-Assad and using hunger against civilians in addition displacing families from their homes, and after the failure of the international community to provide aids and solutions, the free Syrian army and revolutionary factions announced a new military operation to save civilians, in corporation with Fateh Halab operation room, as we advanced in the first stage of the operation in Aleppo city, and we confirm the following points :
1- Our fight continue until we reach our target and release the city of Aleppo.

2- We are taking all the procedures in order to keep civilians away from the fighting areas and avoiding civilian casualties.

3- we are committed to keep civilians away from the battlefield, as the FSA in Aleppo helped civilians escaping the fighting fronts without forcing them and led them to the safty, and gave them freedom to chose their destination.

4- al-Assad used civilians and human shields, and its artillery and missiles are taking locations between civilians houses exposing them to danger, as the FSA is trying to avoid any blood shedding.

5- Our targets are military targets only including barracks, military airport and artillery bases, and we call for the Syrian citizens in regime controlled areas to keep away from regime artillery and missiles, to keep their safety.

” the citizens of Aleppo are our families no matter where they are living, and we are taking the procedures to protect them and keep them away from the danger, and we will punish any militant in our side who commits any insult or cause harm against any civilian.

SOHR published in the past 3 days ago that 53 civilians including 18 children were killed by shells targeted regime controlled areas of Hamdania, Salah al-DIn, Jamia al_Zahraa, and other areas of the western section.
