Shell target the center of the capital Damascus, explosions and clashes in the eastern outskirts

Damascus Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
A shell fell on the area at al-Malki neighborhood in the middle of the capital, no information yet about the casualties, while the sound of explosions were heard at the outskirts of the capital, they were caused by detonating houses in front of Crash Factory north of Jobar neighborhood by the regime forces, accompanied by shelling by the regime forces on areas in the neighborhood, amid clashes between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against fighters of Rahman Corps in the neighborhood.
