al-Raqqa province: coalition warplanes  targeted Tal al-Samn in the northern countryside which is besieged by SDF amid conitnued clashes againt IS in the area, in an attempt to Isolate al_Raqqa city, SDF advanced in 33 farmlands and Ein Esa countryside, Clashes also taking place between IS and SDF.
