Al-Furat Shield operation preparing to break into al-Bab city
SOHR was informed by civil sources in the northern eastern countryside of Aleppo that large numbers of rebels under the operation of al-Furat Shield backed by Turkish forces, have moved into al-Bab city, the clashes are taking place between rebels and IS in an attempt by rebels to push IS out of the city after taking control on Qabasin yesterday
SOHR published yesterday that rebels advanced and attacked the IS in Qabasin as only 10 members of IS still in the city, rebels advances will cut the road of taking over Qabasin for the SDF, The sources confirmed that 2 militants of IS were killed while 2 others were captured during clashes against rebels, Scanning operations are still taking place in the town, it is worth to mention that the Turkish backed rebels were able to advance around al-Bab after 2 months of the military operation which started in the 24th of August.
