The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that unidentified gunmen assassinated Sarhan al-Allash one of the largest feed dealers in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where the assassination was carried out when he was at his shop in the Sheep Market area aka “al-Makf” in the city of al-Mayadin, no information yet about the cause and circumstances of the assassination or about who was behind the assassination.

And in a related context, the “Islamic State” informed the family of a member in the organization of al-Mayadin city who is H. M. B., that he blew himself up in a vehicle bomb in the Iraqi area of Mosul, reliable sources said that the member who blew himself up in a booby trapped vehicle was supposed to blow himself up in Deir Ezzor, but “he chose for himself the detonation in Mosul, because the pressure on it is greater.”
