The regime forces shell the besieged city of Madaya

Rif Dimashq Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
Areas in Madaya city which is besieged by the regime forces and Hezbollah were shelled by them; they targeted places in the city which damaged the property of citizens, no information about casualties caused by the targeting. The city is suffering a bad humanitarian situation as a result of the poor health and living conditions and lack of treatment needed for some cases, in addition to the suspension of transferring injured and sick people to receive treatment outside of the city, which lacks the necessary equipment and medicines to treat them.
