Al- Asayesh forces carried out a wide campaign of arrests in al Hasakah.

 

 

 

Al Hasaka Province: The Kurdish Interior Security Forces (al Asayesh) carried out a wide campaign of arrests against dozens of youths under the age of 30 in the cities, towns and neighborhoods of al Hasaka, al Derbaseyyi, Aamuda and al Qahtaneyyi where al Asayesh forces issued a statement, SOHR has got a copy of it, “ our forces and centers in al Jazeera Province have started in 11/10/2014 to collect the youths from the Arab, Kurd and Syriac who are between 18 and 30 years old and keep them in special centers in order to be delivered to the concerned entities in the Defense Authority and the government of the Democratic Self- management, then study and determine all cases to exclude those who are exempt from the military service. All this come with the frame work of applying the law of Self- Defense Duty issued by the Legislative Council in the province of al Jazeera”. After this, the Asayesh forces issued another statement. “After the completion of taking the youths to the special centers their names are going to be recorded and pledges are going to be written by them and by their parents, after this they will be handed over to their relatives this night of tomorrow morning”.
