Al-Hasaka Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
A member of the gunmen loyal to the regime was killed and a colonel and another member were injured during clashes between members of the internal Kurdish security “Asayish” against members of the State Security (of the regime forces) near al-Wahda Street in al-Qameshly downtown north of Al-Hasakah province at the Syrian – Turkish border.

Al-Raqqah Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The Syria Democratic Forces arrested tens of young people from the town of Tal Abyad in the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah, and they were taken to conscription.

Deir Ezzor Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
Warplanes targeted areas in Marat village in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, which killed 2 citizen women and 3 children, and injured about 10 other civilians.
