Homs Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
A rocket believed to be ground-to-ground launched by the regime forces on the area in al-Wa’er neighborhood in Homs city, also the regime forces targeted elsewhere in Houla area at the northern countryside of Homs, while warplanes bombed areas in the vicinity is Rahoum and Shaer oilfield and Um al-Dababir in the eastern countryside of Homs, no information about casualties.

Al-Quneitra Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
