In the first response from the leadership to “the Military Amir of Raqqah”, about 200 Syrian fighters arrive from Iraq to Raqqah

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed by reliable sources that tens of “Islamic State” members have arrived to Al-Raqqah city, to participate in the military operations which are taking place in the frontlines between the “Islamic state” against the factions of “Euphrates Shield” and the Syria Democratic Forces.

And in the detail documented by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, about 200 member and field commanders of the “Islamic State” of Syrian nationality have arrived to Al-Raqqah coming from Iraq, in response to the request of the Military Amir of Al-Raqqah, they were distributed upon arrival, some of them were sent to al-Bab are in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo, where the fronts are on fire against “Euphrates Shield” forces, while the rest of them were sent to the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah, to participate in stopping the advancement of the Syria Democratic Forces who are supported by warplanes of the International Coalition.
