A Hospital in Turmanin got out of service after being targeted directly by warplanes and clashes in the vicinity of al-Tal in Rif Dimashq

Idlib Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
A hospital got out of service in Turmanin town at the northern countryside of Idlib after the destruction of some of its parts, the hospital was targeted directly by the warplanes, but it is not known whether the warplanes were Russian or were belong to the Syrian regime, the targeting killed 3 persons at least and injured several others.

Rif Dimashq Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The regime forces targeted with the fire of machineguns areas in Beqin town near Madaya city, while clashes are still taking place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic Factions in the areas of Wadi Musa and Ruwais in the vicinity of al-Tal city in the Western Qalamoun, amid shelling by the regime forces on the clash areas.
