Negotiations west of the capital to reach an agreement for the west of Rif Dimashq and to implement Khan al-Shih agreement

Rif Dimashq Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that negotiations are taking place between the regime forces and factions of Kanaker area in the west of Rif Dimashq to reach an agreement to end the military operations in the area, in conjunction with continued implementation of Khan al-Shih agreement in the Western Ghouta, according to which hundreds of fighters and their families will be transferred to Idlib Province, and “settling conditions” of the rest of the fighters and “wanted by the regime”, and that displaced people from other towns in Khan al-Shih will return to their hometowns, and that people from the town of Khan al-Shih will return to the town.
