The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed by local sources that the internal Kurdish security forces “Asayish” arrested Hawas Akeed, the representative of the Kurdish National Council in the National Coalition for Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces from the city of Qameshly north of Al- Hasakah province, and they took him to an unknown destination.
