Calm returns to Tal area after violent clashes in the wake of an agreement

Rif Dimashq Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
Calm prevails al-Tal area that witnessed violent clash between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic Factions, and that in a goodwill gesture for starting al-Tal agreement, which requires handing over weapons, except for individual ones, and the exit of fighters and who want to get out of al-Tal city, and settling the situation of who want to stay and is “wanted by the regime” and “settling the situations of those who are defected or who fall behind the mandatory recruitment date”, with no longer than 6 months period, and opening the road between al-Tal city and other areas of Syria, and forming a civil security committee from the people of the city responsible for protecting the city from the inside, and that the regime will not enter the city except in the case of the presence of weapons and accompanied by the civil security committee. It is expected in the coming hours or days the start of implementing the terms of the agreement.
