New Agreement between regime forces and rebels in al-Tal city

Reef Dimashq province: SOHR was informed that the names of civilians and rebels who wants to leave al-Tal city are being recorded, the area is witnessing silence after end of clashes between regime forces and rebels amid an agreement between the two sides to settle rebels situations and let people migrate form the area, and forming local security council and not allowing the regime forces to get inside the city.
