Al-Hasaka Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed by reliable sources, that the internal Kurdish security forces “Asayish” released Hawas Akeed, the representative of the National Kurdish Council in the Syrian Coalition for Revolution Forces and Syrian Opposition, and Jad’aan Ali the leader in the Islah Kurdish Movement, while Asayish forces are still detaining about 35 people from deferent political Kurdish parties, most of them belong to the Kurdistan Democratic Party in Syria and others are from the Kurdish Yekiti party. Intersecting sources confirmed that they were arrested due to political vision and views of which Asayish Forces consider as against the democratic self-governance.

We in the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, renew our call to the Internal Kurdish security forces and the other parties which are in charge of areas controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces and Kurdish forces, to stop arresting their oppositions and persons who don’t share their views and ideas, and to stop the arbitrary arrests against them once and for all, and we call them to release all prisoners of conscience immediately.
