For the first time… the “Islamic State” pays its workers with “silver dirham”

The activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights in the city of al-Mayadin east of Deir Ezzor province monitored the “Islamic State” organization paying the salaries of its staff of electricity, water, mail, health services in addition to its staff of “the Organization’s Diwans” with silver dirham which the organization have issued on the 23rd of the November 2016, where this is the first time the organization replaces the currency with silver dirhams which they issued.
