The “Islamic State” organization tempts displaced people with houses and food in order to recruits their children in its ranks

Al-Raqqah Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights in the city of Al-Raqqah monitored members of the “Islamic State” roam inside the city and calling through audio amplifiers that the “Caliph issued a pardon for all who committed the offense of spying on the Islamic state and its soldiers if they turn themselves in to the Islamic State”, also the activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights observed the organization try to lure and seduce displaced people from the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah to the areas controlled by organization in the vicinity of Al-Raqqah city and near it, where organization transferred a displaced family who was out on the open to Al-Raqqah, and recruited one of its members in the ranks of the organization, and give them a dwelling, salary, food share and other services such as electricity, and the activists of the Observatory monitored the organization transfer about 20 families to the city and put them in homes, where the sources suggested that members of these families have recruited themselves in the ranks of the organization.
