Instructions for the Internet cafes and shops owners to put surveillance cameras and hand over DVR box key to “Security Bureau”

Deir Ezzor Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
A citizen woman was killed in targeting by the “Islamic State” for areas in neighborhoods of Jura and al-Qosur in Deir Ezzor city, while the activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights were informed that the organization published a circular to owners of Internet Cafés, money exchange offices and trade shops in Deir Ezzor province, that they must install cameras outside the workplace and can cover the area around it, and the DVR must be put in a locked box and its keys must be handed to Security Bureau, they also said that no less than 3 cameras is allowed and that they must be installed in a hidden way, the cameras must be installed in a maximum of ten days period, and that those who fail to comply will not have Internet service.
