The regime forces and Hezbollah shell the besieged Madaya and its vicinity with tens of shells, leaving a large number of casualties and wounded

Reliable sources from the besieged city of Madaya informed the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the regime forces and Hezbollah are intensively targeting since before noon of today with tens of shells areas in Madaya city and Beqin town adjacent to it, in conjunction with targeting with machine guns and snipers, which left a large number of wounded and casualties, amid the lack of medical ability to save the dangerous situations of them because of the lack of equipment and treatment and the absence of some of medical specialists in the besieged city by the regime and Hezbollah months ago.
Meanwhile, areas in the town of Outaya in the Eastern Ghouta were shelled which caused injuries including children and citizen women, and confirmed information about 2 casualties in the town, while a citizen woman and a man were killed in shelling by the regime forces on areas in Douma city, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some persons in critical situation, while SOHR received information about an agreement reached by the fighters of al- Kiswah area and the regime forces, and that “the settlement of conditions” of hundreds of fighters will take place in the area, and the regime forces will regain control of the entire area, as a part of a new “reconciliation” agreement west of the capital Damascus, after Darayya, Muadamiyat al-Sham, Khan al-Shih, Qudsayya and al-Hameh.
