Regime forces target Zabdani and Madaya

Reef Dimashq province: Regime forces bombardeda reas of Zabdani and Madaya which are besiged by the regime and Hezboolah amid targeting the area with heavy machine guns, no reports of losses. A man from Duma was tortured to death in regime prisons after detaining him for 3 years.
