IS executes 8 in Tadmur

Homs province: 4 civilians were killed including 2 children and a woman during scanning the city of Tadmur by the IS, sources reported to SOHR that the IS executed 8 militiamen allied to regime forces. Aerial bombardment targeted Tadmur in the eastern countryside, reports of injuries.
