Warplanes kill 21 people at least and injure tens of others in Al-Raqqah city

Al-Raqqah Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that tens of people were killed and injured after strikes carried out by warplanes targeting Al-Raqqah city, the stronghold the “Islamic State” in Syria, at least 21 of them were confirmed dead, including 5 children and 4 citizen women, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation.
