al-Furat Shield factions advance over IS in al-Bab city

Clashes continue between al-Furat shield factions backed by Turkish forces and airstrikes against the IS in the city of al-Bab after an attack by the factions on Aqil mount, and the hospital nearby, west of the city amid bombardment by the Turkish forces leading to the death of a number of civilians, the factions are trying to break into the town before regime forces and Russia, or SDF attempt to advance towards the city.

Rebels advanced in the hospital amid explosions in the area caused by a suicide car attack leading to human losses. IS targeted rebel and Turkish vehicles, reports of losses in both sides.

The attack comes after 10 days of entering al-Bab city by rebels and Turkish forces from the eastern section, as the regime and Russia advanced in eastern Aleppo and planning to advance towards al-Bab city.
