Difficult weather conditions and issues in the process lead to delay in the transport operation of Kafria and al-Fouaa
Reliable sources reported to SOHR that the 21 buses in Kafria and Fouaa which are inhabited by Shiaa, still waiting orders to begin transporting hundreds of people from the towns, the supervisors are negotiating the agreement to begin transportin people, as 900 were able to leave the towns, while the agreement says 2500 will be evacuated from Kafria and Fouaa, from the other side, the operation of evacuating people from eastern Aleppo has ended last night, the buses that left eastern Aleppo is still stuck in Ameria-Ramosa crossing carrying civilians and rebels from eastern ALeppo into al-Rashdin area in the western countryside, as hundreds of families are still in eastern Aleppo refusing leaving their houses, while hundreds were able to reach al-Rashdin area waiting for thus who faced difficult weather conditions to reach the area.
New delay in the operation of Kafria and al-Fouaa which are besieged by rebels and al-Fateh army, 2500 were supposed to be evacuated from the towns for allowing the inhabitants of rebels square in Aleppo to move into the western countryside and allowing 1500 medical cases to leave Madaya besieged city which is witnessing continued dissatisfaction due to these operations, SOHR received information about issues in the process of Madaya which is related to Hezbollah and regime forces, as the regime provides a solution to evacuate rebels from the city while Hezbollah refuses the solution, sources said that Hezbollah wants to continue the strict siege on Madaya using rebels as an execuse to push the negotiations of Kafria and al-Fouaa in order to not lose its supporters.
