The regime forces and Hezbollah deploy in the square which was under the control of factions in Aleppo city with the pass of the last batch from their controlled areas towards al-Rashedin

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed by reliable sources the last batch of people who got out today after changing their decision of staying in the square have now crossed the regime forces’ controlled areas via Ramouseh crossing, which was controlled by the factions in the southwestern section of the eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo, and headed towards al-Rashedin area in the western countryside of Aleppo, it is expected to reach al-Rashedin in a short time, and the activists of the Observatory in the square which was under the control of factions, in al-Rashedin area and in Ramouseh crossing were able to monitor the exit of out about 27 thousand people, including more than 7 thousand fighters, who left this square last Thursday until this moment, where the last batch of civilians and fighters exited Wednesday evening leaving the square towards the western countryside, after that hundreds of remaining families in this square (which includes the neighborhoods of al-Mashhad and Ansari and parts of al-Sekkary, al-Zebdiyyeh, Salahuddin and Seif al-Dawla in the southwest of the eastern Aleppo) decided to be displaced rather than stay in this square.

While the exit and move of the last batch out of the factions’ controlled areas towards the western countryside a little while ago, was coincides with the release of the 2 detained buses in the western countryside, they exited dawn of yesterday in a group of eight buses, six of them were released earlier, where so far about 900 people exited Al-Fu’ah and Kafriya towns although the number that was agreed upon is out 2500 people to get out of Al-Fu’ah and Kafriya in exchange for the completion of the displacement process out of the factions’ square in Aleppo city, where reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian observatory for human rights that the detaining process is an attempt by regional parties to achieve gains through disabling the completion of the agreement, and to provoke the Iranians, to put pressure on the Turks, who have gone too far in the Russian – Turkish – Iranian agreement about Aleppo, Al-Fu’ah, Kafriya and Madaya, after the Turkish promises which were presented to Iran through putting pressure on the fighters and allowing the transfer of 4 thousand people from Al-Fu’ah and Kafriya, including orphans and sick people, regardless of what happened of Russian acceleration to complete the displacement of Aleppo before the arrival of UN Observers to Aleppo.

It is noteworthy that so far it is not clear the reasons behind changing their decision, whether they were persuaded by international and local organizations to displace out of fear of being harmed, arrested or assaulted by the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities, or there are reasons hidden until now for this sudden decision for hundreds of families, after the completion of the after the exit of all fighters and leaving their guard points and headquarters in the square, and boarding buses or private cars on their way to the outside of the square towards the crossing area yesterday evening on Wednesday the 21st of December 2016, thus the regime forces backed by gunmen loyal to them of Syrian nationality, the Lebanese Hezbollah, Iranian Revolutionary Guards and other gunmen of non-Syrian nationalities have regain control of the entire city of Aleppo with the exception of points controlled by factions and take as positions in Jam’eyyat al-Zahra’a neighborhood at the Western outskirts of Aleppo city, and the neighborhood of Shekh Maqsoud and areas controlled by YPG and SDF in the north of Aleppo city, after 1612 days of control by the rebel and Islamic factions on the eastern side of Aleppo city, which is after 4 years and 5 months, and which was started by the factions in the 21st of July 2012, by attack under the leadership of the martyr Abdel Qader Saleh, the commander of Al-Tawhid Brigade, which began by controlling Masaken Hanano neighborhood and other areas in the eastern part of Aleppo city, and being able to besiege regime forces’ controlled areas in Aleppo city, during the first half of the year 2013, until Iran helped the regime to lift the siege and reopen the road of Aleppo – Khanasser, and regain control of al-Sfireh town in the southeastern countryside of Aleppo.
