Der-Ezzor province: Sources reported to SOHR that the IS is spreading the work of doctors in al-Bokamal city and al-Qaima Iraqi city in al-Furat state, as they will attend in al-Bokamal for 3 days and then attend in al-Qaim in Iraq, the attendance will be in hospitals and clinics belongs to the IS.
