Shelling target the southern countryside of Aleppo and clashes are escalating in the western desert of Palmyra

Aleppo Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The regime forces shelled areas in the villages of al-Bwayda and al-Mdawrah in the southern countryside of Aleppo this morning, causing material damage in the area but no information about caused casualties yet.

Homs Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The clashes are still taking place in a violent pace between the “Islamic State” against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in the vicinity of Sharifah village and the area around the T4 airbase and in the area around the Fourth Station and others areas in the western desert of Palmyra, amid several airstrikes by warplanes on areas in the vicinity of the T4 airbase and Qasr al-Heer in the eastern countryside of Homs.
