470 civilians between more than 2400 killed by the coalition airstrikes last year.

SOHR documented the death of 2429 by the coalition airstrikes in Syria between first  January 2016 until the first of January 2017, including 467 civilians (108 children, 60 women), while many others were wounded or seriously wounded.

The dead included 1864 militant and commanders in IS including Abo Omar al-Shishani the minister of war in IS, SOHR also documented the death of 8 rebels, 90 soldiers.
