Idlib province: Civilian sources reported to SOHR that Fateh al-Sham front raided houses in Khan al-Sobol in Marra al-Nuaman northern countryside targeted a number of people in the charge of being connected with Hazm movement, after an explosion of an IED earlier lead to the death of an Uzbek militant followed by targeting Fateh al-Sham HQ by unknown militiamen>
