Factions carry out a violent attack in order to break the siege of Mahja town which is besieged by the regime on Damascus – Daraa highway, the bombardment escalated on the eastern countryside of Daraa

Daraa Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
Violent clashes took place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic Factions and members of Fateh al-Sham Front in al-Wardat and al-Mjidel in Lajat area in the eastern countryside Daraa, after an attack by the last mentioned in an attempt to advance in the area and lift the pressure of Mahja town, which is besieged by the regime forces and located on the highway of Daraa – Damascus, the clashes were accompanied by exchange of targeting and heavy shelling by the regime forces, in addition to several airstrikes by warplanes and helicopters on the clashing areas and on other areas at Lajat, which killed and injured several fighters from factions, also yesterday’s fighting resulted in the death and injury of several members of the regime forces, in addition to damaging and destroying vehicles of both parties.
