Continued clashes in Raqqa and around Barada valley

Reef Dimashq province: Clashes taking place between regime forces backed by Hezbollah against rebels around  Basima and al-Hesenia fronts in Barada valley amid bombardment by regime forces on the areas, the military operations come after the failure to reach an agreement in the area to re-activate the water pumping into the area.

Raqqa province: Clashes took place between SDF backed by coalition warplanes against IS in Job Shaer in the northern Raqqa in an attempt by the first party to advance in the area, no reports of losses.
