Rebel Division of “Euphrates Shield” kills a young man under torture in its detention camps and resentment in the northern and northeastern countryside of Aleppo

Aleppo Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
A young man from Tat Homs village near the border with Turkey town of al-Rai, the village is controlled by the “Euphrates Shield” forces supported Turkey; local sources said that the young man was arrested by fighters from a rebel division of the “Euphrates Shield” operation, and that he was imprisoned and then his body was handed over to his family murdered under torture, where the marks of severe beatings and torture appeared on his body, this incident has caused resentment among the locals in Tat Homs village and in the areas controlled by “Euphrates Shield” in the northern and northeastern countryside of Aleppo.
