IS plants Palmyra amid preparations to evacuate the area

Homs province: SOHR received information by reliable sources that the IS planted historical ancient places in Palmyra during preparations to evacuate the area just like what happened in 2015, when the IS detonated several ancient places before pulling back from the area.
