More than 50 fighters and commanders of Fatah al-Sham and “jihadist” groups were assassinated during 11 days of airstrikes on Idlib

These successive targeting today the Wednesday 11th of January 2017 come in the framework of the escalated assassinations by the international coalition and others against the “jihadist” groups and Fateh al-Sham Front in Idlib Province since the beginning of this year, which rises to 51 at least, the number of fighters and commanders  who were documented by the Syrian Observatory for human rights of who were killed in airstrikes since the first of January 2017, where at least 16 of them -including 2 commanders- were killed in successive targeting that took place today Saraqeb area in the eastern countryside of Idlib, also the Observatory documented the leader Abu al-Hasan Taftanaz and another Sharia leader of his relatives, they were killed in targeting that took place on the 6th of this month in Taftanaz area in the eastern countryside of Idlib by drones, the Observatory also documented in the 4th of this month 25 others members, including 7 leaders at least in airstrikes by coalition’s warplanes which targeted one of the biggest headquarters of Fath al-Sham Front (formerly Nusra Front ) during a meeting inside it near Sarmada town in the northern countryside of Idlib, which is near the Syrian border – Turkish, also The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights had documented the death of 8 fighters and leaders who were killed on the 1st of January 2017, they were killed in airstrikes that targeted cars they were traveling on at the road of Sarmada – Hazano, and the road of Sarmada – Bab Al-Hawa in the northern countryside of Idlib, and within who were confirmed dead there are 3 leaders in the “jihadist” factions which operate on the Syrian territory, they are Abu Mu’tasim al-Dairi of Syrian nationality and Abu Khattab al-Qahtani the leader in “Al-Qaeda” who previously fought in Afghanistan, Yemen and then moved to Syria, and Abu Omar al-Turkestani who is one of top ten leading “jihadists” in Syria, and one of the four most prominent leaders of the Islamic Turkestan Party, where most of the bodies were blackened except for the body of Abu Omar Turkestani, it was not burned.
