Regime forces raise its flags in Barada valley

SOHR was informed that the maintenance of water pipelines of Ein al-Feja in Barada valley, still awaiting to begin, after the workshops entered the area in the past 24 hours under the agreement which allows the regime to raise its flags in the area, the sources confirmed that this is the only agreement that will take place after the failure of negotiations earlier in order to fix the water cut issue, the negotiations focused on the rebels pull back from the springs and raise the regime flags even it is not taken over by the regime forces.

Sources reported to SOHR that the Syrian flags were raised in Kafir alZait, Kafr al-Awamid, Der Maqran, and Der Qanon after entering a settlement agreement with regime forces and Hezbollah in order to solve the water pumping issues.
