The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the “Islamic State” organization was able to achieve a new advancement and control of the power plant west Deir Ezzor airbase, following the violent clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, accompanied by targeting and heavy shelling between both parties and explosions, one of them was caused a member of the “Islamic State” organization detonating himself in a booby trapped vehicle, this advancement allows the organization to enhance its advancement in the vicinity of the airbase, while the fronts of Deir Ezzor city are witnessing continued violent clashes between both parties, the clashes are concentrated in Bor Said Street from the side of al-Ommal and Rasafa neighborhoods in Deir Ezzor city and in areas of the cemeteries and the University Housing and areas west of Deir Ezzor airbase.
