IS executes 12 in Palmyra yard after 20 months of mass executions in the area

Homs province: SOHR was informed that the IS executed 12 persons in Palmyra including 4 employees and teachers from the city who were arrested earlier, and 4 soldiers in regime forces, in addition to 4 rebels who were captured in Qalamon, the execution took place in the museum yard, all of them were beheaded. it is worth to mention that the IS executed 25 soldiers in regime forces in Palmyra in May 2016, and executed Khalid al-Asaad the former manager of Palmyra museum.
