The regime forces continue advancing and control more villages east of Aleppo

Aleppo Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
Clashes continued in al-Seflaniyyeh area northeast of al-Bab city between the Turkish forces and the “Euphrates Shield” forces against the “Islamic State” organization, during of which the forces of “Euphrates Shield” managed to achieve advancement in the area and restoring it, and information about casualties, while clashes continued between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the “Islamic State” organization in the eastern countryside of Aleppo, where the regime forces are trying to advance more towards the southwestern area for al-Bab city, and the regime forces managed to achieve advancement and control Kharbasheh village, while the Syrian Observatory for human rights published hours ago that the violent clashes continue between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them under the leadership of the Tiger Groups of the officer in the regime forces Sohail Hassan against the “Islamic State” organization in the eastern countryside of Aleppo, which is heading toward the southwestern area of al-Bab city, the regime forces managed -under a cover of the bombing which accompanies the clashes- to achieve a new advancement and control 4 villages, they are Om al-Amd, Sarbas, Tal Rahal and al-Husamiyah, and this advancement came after controlling in the past 72 hours the farms reaching to al-Madyouniyyeh area and the areas and villages of Om Adseh, Khan Hfirah, Sarja Sghireh, Sarjah Kabira, Maran, Soran, Brelhin, Tanbur, al-Mantar and other areas in the eastern countryside of Aleppo, during a week of violent clash that started by the regime forces on the 17 of January 2017, which killed tens of members in the ranks of both parties.
