The Syrian flag is raised in Al-Feja Sprin

Reliable sources of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights confirmed that regime forces did not enter until now to Ein Fijeh area in Wadi Barada in the northwest countryside of Damascus, where a Syrian flag was raised in the area, as a goodwill gesture of the fighters for the implementation of the agreement, while it is expected expected for the workshops to start the maintannace of the spring in order to start the water pumbing to Damascus,  Which is sufferning from the water cut since the 23rd of December 2016, as it is expected for regime forces to enter to the spring area at any moment, and for the rebels to exit the area in order to begin the process of the agreement.
