Turkish military claims to have killed 51 ISIS terrorists in airstrikes

The Turkish military has claimed to have killed 51 ISIS members in airstrikes in northern Syria.

The Turkish military said on Thursday through a statement statement that the focus of the airstrikes were in al-Bab, Tadif, Kabbasin and Bzagah.

On August 24, 2016 Turkish troops in coordination with the Free Syrian Army and Islamist groups illegally invaded northern Syria to expel the Kurdish YPG and ISIS from the border region.

According to the so-called Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, almost 250 civilians lost their lives and more than a thousand others injured between November 13 last year and January 15 this year in Turkish attacks in Syria.

Meawhile, a Syrian military source has told Reuters that the Syrian Army are prepared to fight the Turkish-backed militants to take ISIS-held Al-Bab.
