IS main headquarters are witnessing theft operations

Continued dissatisfaction in Raqqa city which is taken over by IS, after fears between civilians, SOHR received information that the city witnessed theft operations by unknown militiamen, who are taking the advantages of the lack of the security in the city, as the IS members keep hidden during the night scarred of being targeted by the coalition warplanes.

SOHR was informed that the theft operations targeted famous business men and dealers, unknown group stole 40 millions Syrian pounds from a dealer last night, and the value of the stolen exceeded dozens of millions of Syrian pounds, civilians reported that members of the IS are performing these theft operations or sending groups to do it.
