Renewed shelling targets Houla and the northern countryside of Homs causes casualties and injuries and regime continues advancement attempts in Palmyra desert

Homs Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
A fighter of the rebel army was killed after being targeted by the regime forces in the vicinity of Jabburin area in the northern countryside of Homs, while the regime forces shelled areas in the village of Kafr Laha in conjunction with raids by warplanes on areas in the village located in the northern countryside of Homs, which killed a person and wounded several others, also the death of a man and the injury of several other was confirmed, they were killed and injured in the shelling which targeted areas in the town of Al-Ghantu in the northern countryside of Homs, also areas in the Kisin village and other areas in Talbiseh city were shelled by the regime forces, no information about casualties so far, also clashes are taking place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the “Islamic State” organization in the western desert of Palmyra.
