NDF members hold vehicle and members of Syria Democratic Forces in the countryside of Qameshly

Al-Hasaka Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
Cross sources reported to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the pro-regime NDF in the village of Tal Awdah south of al-Qameshly city have detained a vehicle belongs to the Syria Democratic Forces and arrested 4 members were inside it, and the sources confirmed that the NDF members stipulated the release of an NDF prisoners from the detention of the Syria democratic forces, in exchange of releasing the 4 detained SDF members.
