The western and northern Fronts and the southern countryside of al-Bab city are witnessing continued clashes and attempts of advancement at the expense the “Islamic State” organization

 

Clashes are still taking place between the regime forces supported by the elite forces of the Lebanese Hezbollah against members of the “Islamic State” organization in the south of Abu Taltal village in the south of Tedef town, which is less than 3 km away from al-Bab city, in an attempt by the regime forces with support from Russian artillery to achieve a new advancement and clamp down on the organization, having the regime forces managed yesterday to control Deirqaq village and its farms, and the nearby village of al-Shamawihay, forcing members of the organization to retreat to Tedef town and al-Bab area, where now several hundred meters separate the regime forces from Tedef town.

In the same context, the clashes continue in the northern and western outskirts of al-Bab city between the “Islamic State” organization against the Turkish forces and the rebel and Islamic Factions of “Euphrates Shield” operation, in an attempt by the last mentioned to achieve advancement to at the expense of the organization and go deep into the city.
